Take Printout

Though form fill online but the offline submission of form final page’s hardcopy to college is must, follow the below steps for fill CCS online form.

1. Go to the link added above and select form.
2. Submit examination fee through bank chalan
3. Fill essential information and, after fill form successful take printout to the final page.
4. Students have to submit online form printout (hard copy) to his/her college still 24/12/2013.
5. All college will check it or if needed will correct it and then forward to examination department by or before 27/12/2013.
