C.C.S. University open admission without cut off in any college any course on 10 and 11 Oct, 2013. Now, Meerut University will not declare more merit/cut off. Under Graduate (UG) 15th and Post Graduate (PG) 14th cut off admission will be by 09 Oct, 2013.
